Upon choosing to commission me and paying for your commission, all statements made in this Terms of Service are automatically agreed to by the commissioner.General Information
♡ I have the right to decline your commission if I feel l cannot work with your character.
♡ All commissioners will receive a file with simple background via a public Toyhou.se link. If a commissioner wants a file with a transparent background, I'm happy to provide one at request of the commissioner.
♡ Art will be sent in the .png format unless the commissioner asks otherwise. The only exception is that some files may be changed to .jpg if the file size is too big to be uploaded to Toyhou.se, as I often use large canvases for my work.
♡ I work a fulltime job and, therefore, you acknowledge that while I always try to finish my commissions ASAP, they may take up to 4 months to complete.
♡ The average wait time, status of my commissions, and timestamps for when I am working on commissions can be viewed on my Trello queue at the link down below.
♡ Commissioners have the option to choose the base they want for their artwork as long as I have not yet started on their commission.
♡ Commissioners can change characters however many times they would like as long as I have not yet started on their commission.
♡ Commissioners will receive an image after sketch phase, lineart phase, and "final" color phase and are allowed to request changes during these times. I will only take changes ONCE during each stage, so please request any and all changes during the appropriate time. After that, commissioners will be charged an extra small fee for additional changes starting at $5 per request.
♡ I have a right to use my artwork for my own personal page. For example, I can use my art as commission examples or to publicly post on my page to showcase my art. I will, however, never claim someone else's character(s) as my own and the owner of the character will be tagged or specified in the post when possible.
♡ You MAY NOT claim the commission work is made by you or make changes to my artwork under any circumstances.Payment Policy
♡ I will not begin your commission until payment is completed in full.
♡ I accept payments via PayPal, Venmo, & Cashapp.
♡ If not paid for, your commission will be at the bottom of my current queue until the payment is completed.
♡ If you pay via PayPal, you must send using "Goods and Services" option with "No address needed" checked.
♡ Please DO NOT send payment before I send confirmation that I will take your commission.
♡ Rush commissions are accepted for +50% total commission price. These will get your commission to the top of my current queue.Cancellation & Refund Policy
♡ I DO NOT accept cancellations on my commissions. Please be committed to purchasing a commission from me before contacting me.
♡ I will provide a 100% refund to any commissioner if I have to personally cancel your commission due to an issue on my end.
♡ Please be aware that I work with multiple commissioners each time I open, so you are not the only one waiting for your commissions.I reserve the right to change these TOS in the future as needed. Last updated March 21, 2026.
